Weimer Communication Contest Schedule

Weimer Scholarship Application is due to the Hanover Extension Office in January 2024 by the first contest for new and continuing members wanting to participate in the program. The form is due for those who only want to participate in the scholarship program. 

Pre-registration is REQUIRED for all 4-H Contests Entry forms and contest instructions will be sent via 4-H Online. All Google entry forms must be submitted one week before each contest. Only one entry form per contest is allowed.  

4-H members must choose an age-appropriate topic and cannot re-format or repeat topics to fit the different contests. Do not use the same topics/acts from previous years.  

NOTE: All Hanover County 4-H members are welcome to participate in the contests whether or not they sign up for the Adranetta E. Weimer 4-H Incentive Scholarship; however we highly encourage participation. 4-H members from other units are welcome to participate in all Hanover County 4-H activities on a space-available basis. However, 4-H members primarily affiliated with a unit other than Hanover, are ineligible to receive the Adranetta E. Weimer 4-H Incentive Scholarship.

Please arrive early. Church doors will be closed at 6pm; no entry is allowed after 6:15 pm.
